About Us

Rochelle Rabin has been representing individuals and businesses in Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties, and beyond, for over twenty-five years.  A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A.  in Psychology, and of Villanova University Law School, Rochelle  works with people on matters that are important to the quality of their lives.

Prior to opening her practice, Rochelle got a behind-the-scenes look at the legal system by serving as a law clerk to a judge in the Chester County Court of Common Pleas, the trial-level court in Pennsylvania.

Rochelle is a member of the Chester County Bar Association, and has been admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and the Bar of the United States Supreme Court.  She has served as a Master to hear and decide fault-based divorce cases, and on civil arbitration panels to hear and decide matters in Common Pleas Court.

She was also appointed by Governor Casey to serve on a Trial Court Nominating Commission, to interview candidates for a Common Pleas judicial opening, and make recommendations to fill that opening.

In addition to her practice, Rochelle volunteers in a family law counseling program and is active in civic causes in her township.

She is also a volunteer at radio station WXPN at the University of Pennsylvania, and is Communications Chairperson of her alumni class from UPenn, having helped the class receive an award from  the alumni association for excellence in communications.

In her spare time, Rochelle enjoys attending concerts, working on family genealogy, cooking, and free-lancing as a music journalist.  She has interviewed many musical artists who had hit recordings in the 1960s and 1970s.  The interviews are cut into soundbites that are aired on radio stations nationwide.

Finally, few people know that she was a finalist in an amateur stand-up comedy contest!
